Once connected, Analision begins pulling your data in the background. This includes:
You can connect as many stores as you need. Analision handles them all from a single dashboard.
If you sell the same product across multiple channels (e.g., Amazon and Etsy), Analision can automatically detect and merge duplicate SKUs or ASINs so you manage a single inventory record instead of separate ones per store. See the Listings article for details on how this works.
When a store is connected, Analision pulls all listings from the store (giving you a unified product catalog), fetches open and historical orders (powering order management and fulfillment), and runs scheduled sync jobs (keeping stock levels up to date across channels).
If a store stops syncing (for example, your Etsy inventory isn't updating), this is usually caused by a credential failure — the stored API key or login token has expired or changed.
What to check:
Note: At this time, in-app notifications for credential failures are not yet surfaced directly to users. This is a known improvement on the roadmap.
Analision currently integrates with 7 marketplaces, including:
Free forever up to 1,000 orders/month.
