Workspaces
A workspace is an isolated environment for your organization. All inventory, users, and settings are scoped to a workspace.
Products
A product represents a physical or digital item you track. Each product has:
- A unique SKU
- A unit of measure (e.g. pcs, kg, litre)
- One or more variants (e.g. size, colour)
- A reorder threshold
Locations
Locations represent physical warehouses or storage sites. Stock levels are tracked per location, allowing multi-warehouse management.
Stock Movements
Every change in inventory is recorded as a movement:

outbound | Stock dispatched to a customer |
transfer | Stock moved between locations |
adjustment | Manual correction |
Purchase Orders
A purchase order (PO) tracks stock you've ordered from a supplier. Once marked as received, it automatically creates an inbound movement.
