Connecting Your Stores
Learn how to connect one or multiple sales channels to Analision and keep listings, orders, and inventory synced automatically.
Connecting Your Stores to Analision
When you first open Analision, the first step is connecting your sales channels. Analision supports multiple marketplaces—including Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, eBay, and more—and automatically pulls your listings, orders, and inventory data once a store is connected.
What You'll Need
- An active seller account on the marketplace you want to connect
- Your store credentials or API keys (varies by platform)
- A few minutes per store—the setup is quick
How to Connect a Store
-
From the main navigation, go to Stores.
-
Click Connect Store.
-
A list of all supported marketplaces will appear. Select the one you want to add.

-
Enter the required credentials or complete the OAuth flow for the selected platform.
-
Click Save or Connect.
Once connected, Analision starts syncing data in the background. This includes:
- All active and inactive listings
- Orders associated with the store
- Predefined sync jobs that keep inventory updated
Connecting Multiple Stores
You can connect as many stores as needed, and Analision manages them from a single dashboard.

If you sell the same product across multiple channels (for example, Amazon and Etsy), Analision can automatically detect and merge duplicate SKUs or ASINs. This lets you manage a single inventory record instead of separate records per channel.

What Happens After Connection
| What Analision Does | Why It Matters |
|---|---|
| Pulls all listings from the store | Creates a unified product catalog |
| Fetches open and historical orders | Supports order management and fulfillment |
| Runs scheduled sync jobs | Keeps stock levels updated across channels |
Troubleshooting: Sync Not Updating
If a store stops syncing (for example, Etsy inventory is no longer updating), the most common cause is a credential failure. This usually means the stored API key, access token, or login session has expired or changed.
What to Check
- Go to Stores and review the status of the affected store
- If the store appears inactive, passive, or disconnected, reconnect it
- Re-enter the credentials for that marketplace
- If the issue continues, contact your Analision account manager
The Analision team receives internal notifications when sync jobs fail and can investigate further.
Note: In-app notifications for credential failures are not yet visible to end users. This is a known improvement currently on the roadmap.
