Viewing & Managing Listings

Learn how to filter listings, merge duplicate SKUs and ASINs, and manage stock from a unified product view.

Viewing and Managing Your Listings

The Listings screen gives you a unified view of every product listing across all connected stores. Analision automatically pulls listing data after a store is connected and keeps it updated through scheduled sync jobs.

The Listings Screen

Once your stores are connected, navigate to Listings from the main menu. You’ll see listings from all connected stores in one place.

Filtering Listings

Use the filter controls at the top of the page to narrow down the results.

FilterWhat It Shows
ActiveListings currently live on the marketplace
PassiveListings that are inactive, paused, or no longer live
By StoreListings from a single connected store

For example, filtering to Active for a Shopify store might show 1,508 listings, while switching to Passive may reveal 4 inactive listings.

Understanding the Product View

A single physical product in your warehouse can have multiple listings across different sales channels.

For example:

  • The same pair of glasses may be listed on Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify
  • Each marketplace creates its own listing record
  • Without consolidation, stock would need to be managed separately for each listing

Analision solves this by allowing duplicate listings to be merged into a single product record.

Merging Duplicate SKUs and ASINs

When Analision imports listings, it can automatically detect and consolidate duplicates in two ways.

Automatic Duplicate SKU Merging

If the same SKU is used across multiple stores for the same product, enable Automate Duplicate SKU during store setup.

Analision will automatically group those listings under one product record.

Automatic Duplicate ASIN Merging

If a product has multiple ASINs that refer to the same item (common with Amazon variations and child ASINs), enable Automate Duplicate ASIN.

Analision will collect all related ASINs under a single product entry.

Why this matters: When stock is updated for a product, Analision pushes that update to all associated listings across all stores, not just one. Without merging, each listing would need to be updated individually.

Managing Stock from the Listings Screen

Once merged listings are configured, you can:

  • View current stock levels for each product, including warehouse or location-level inventory
  • Enable Inventory Sync so Analision automatically updates connected listings when stock changes
  • Create Purchase Orders directly from the product view when replenishment is needed

Best Practices

  • Use the store filter first when working with thousands of listings
  • Merge duplicate listings early to simplify inventory sync, fulfillment, and reporting
  • Open the product detail view anytime to see which listings are grouped together
