Fulfillment Automation

Automate label generation, rate shopping, warehouse picking, stock deduction, and shipment tracking from one fulfillment workflow.

Fulfillment Automation

Manual label creation, separate rate-shopping tools, and constant tracking checks can quickly become fulfillment bottlenecks.

Analision solves this with automated fulfillment workflows, combining carrier rate comparison, smart package presets, inventory deduction, warehouse picking, and shipment tracking into one connected system.

The Challenge

Fulfillment is often where operational efficiency breaks down.

Switching between marketplace dashboards, carrier portals, and inventory tools to process even a single order creates unnecessary overhead. At scale, this compounds into slower fulfillment times, more mistakes, and reduced warehouse throughput.

Additional friction often comes from:

  • Re-entering package dimensions for every shipment
  • Comparing carrier rates manually
  • Checking tracking updates in separate systems
  • Adjusting stock after shipment completion

These repetitive steps create one of the largest bottlenecks in day-to-day operations.

How Analision Solves It

All Orders, One Screen

Every order from connected marketplaces—Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, and others—flows automatically into the Orders / Shipments screen.

From this single workspace, teams can:

  • Create labels in bulk
  • Build pick batches
  • Route orders to warehouse staff
  • Track fulfillment progress

Automatic Rate Comparison

When a label is created, Analision fetches live rates from all connected carrier accounts at the same time.

Supported sources include:

  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • USPS
  • Amazon Buy Shipping
  • ShipStation

The platform automatically highlights the lowest-cost option that still meets the delivery deadline.

For urgent shipments, rates can be re-sorted by fastest delivery.

Package Dimension Presets

Save your most common packaging setups as reusable presets.

Instead of manually entering dimensions and weight every time, users can select a saved preset in one click.

Analision also supports automatic scaling for multi-unit shipments.

Example:

  • Saved preset = 8 oz, 6×4×3
  • Order quantity = 3
  • Weight and dimensions are automatically scaled before rates are fetched

This ensures more accurate rate selection without manual calculations.

Auto Pick: Zero-Touch Stock Deduction

For fast-moving operations, enable Auto Pick.

Once a label is created:

  1. The order moves to Shipped
  2. Inventory is deducted automatically
  3. All connected marketplace listings are updated with the new available stock

This creates a zero-touch stock deduction workflow for label-first fulfillment teams.

Fulfillment Workflows for Warehouse Teams

For warehouse-led operations, Analision provides structured batch picking workflows.

Recommended process:

  1. Select orders to group into a batch
  2. Generate a warehouse pick list
  3. Pickers collect items by warehouse location
  4. Items are placed into numbered cart bins by order
  5. Labels are printed at packing after confirmation

This workflow is optimized for higher-volume warehouse routing and reduces picker travel time.

Exception Handling

Analision surfaces fulfillment exceptions before they disrupt warehouse flow.

ExceptionHow It Is Surfaced
Out-of-stock item in batchWarning shown during pick list generation
Carrier credential failureStore status changes to passive; internal alert triggered
Address issue on orderValidation warning shown before label printing

These alerts help teams resolve problems before they reach the packing station.

Shipment History and Tracking

Every printed label is logged in the Shipment History screen with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier and selected service
  • Ship date
  • Current tracking status (for eligible accounts)
