View shipment history, access tracking numbers, monitor live carrier statuses, and reconcile shipped orders.

Tracking Shipments

The Shipment History screen provides a record of every label printed through Analision, including tracking numbers and, for eligible accounts, live carrier status updates.

Viewing Shipment History

Navigate to Shipments → History (or the DTS screen, depending on your menu layout) to view all labels created within a selected date range.

Filtering by Date Range

Use the date range picker at the top of the page to:

  • View shipments for a specific week or month
  • Export shipment data for reconciliation and reporting

Tracking Numbers

Each shipment row displays the tracking number assigned by the carrier when the label was created.

Note: Tracking numbers are shown for reference only. Selecting a tracking number does not currently open the carrier tracking page inside the app. You can copy the number and track it directly on the carrier’s website.

Live Tracking Status Updates

For accounts with tracking status enabled, Analision regularly pulls updates from supported carrier APIs and displays the latest shipment state in the history list.

Possible statuses include:

Is Tracking Status Enabled for Your Account?

Live tracking status is not enabled by default for all tenants.

It depends on a background polling job that regularly checks carrier APIs for status updates. Because this process can be resource-intensive, activation is handled per account (tenant).

Supported Carriers for Status Updates

  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • USPS(status polling is not currently supported)

Requesting Activation

To enable live tracking status for your tenant, contact your Analision account manager.

Once enabled, statuses usually begin populating from the configured historical window, typically the last 15–30 days of shipments.

What You’ll See Without Tracking Enabled

If tracking updates are not activated for your account:

  • The status column may remain empty
  • Or it may show only the initial Shipment Ready for Carrier state

All other shipment details—such as tracking numbers, shipment dates, and costs—remain fully visible.

Reconciling Shipments

The Shipment History screen is especially useful for end-of-month operational and financial reconciliation.

Common uses include:

  • Filtering shipments by month
  • Cross-checking tracking numbers against carrier invoices
  • Exporting shipment records for accounting or operations teams
